  What Coaching Involves

A coaching session lasts for 45 minutes and can be carried out over the phone or face to face. Shorter sessions can be arranged. Every session will help to build momentum, so it is best to book a number of sessions and space them regularly. In between coaching sessions, you will have actions which you must complete for the process to be successful. Don’t worry as these will be things which you have come up with and agreed to during the coaching session. Sometimes, where the coach thinks it will be of benefit, you may be asked to carry out other tasks which will help to move you forward on your personal development journey.
